Bulk cement tanker, also known as powder transport trailer, is composed of special vehicle chassis, bulk cement tank, gas pipeline system, automatic unloading device and so on. It is applicable to the bulk transportation of dry powder materials with particle diameter no more than 0.1mm such as coal ash, cement, lime powder, ore powder, and granular alkali. It is mainly used for cement plants, cement warehouses, and large construction sites Bulk cement tanker can save a lot of packaging materials and loading and unloading labor.
The bulk cement tanker body is mainly composed of the cylinder, the feed inlet at the upper end of the tank, discharge pipe assembly, the air inlet pipe and other accessories. There are usually two or three feeding ports installed on the top of the tank depending on different requirements from the customer.
The front and rear air chambers of the bulk cement trailer are respectively equipped with an air inlet pipe, which can be opened at the same time and controlled separately through the ball valve.
The working principle of the system is as follows: the working power is led out from the automobile gearbox and drives the air compressor through the transmission device. The generated compressed air enters the air chamber through the control pipeline. When the pressure reaches 0196mpa, open the discharge butterfly valve to unload.
When using the bulk cement trailer, do not exceed speed limit or maximum loading capacity. Otherwise, not only it is dangerous to transport, but also will it damage the air compressor and other parts on the tanker.
Do not start or stop the air compressor too quickly, but slowly increase or decrease the speed. Otherwise, the impulse pressure will be damaged.
Do not change the rotation direction of the air compressor. Otherwise, the machine will be seriously damaged if the oil pump fail to supply oil.
Do not stop the air compressor before decompression. Otherwise, the powder material may flow back into the cylinder causing serious damage to the air compressor.
Check the oil level before starting the machine. The oil level should not be lower than the lowest limit of the oil gauge. It is necessary to check whether the oil pump supplies oil frequently. If it does not supply oil, it must be shut down immediately for inspection. Otherwise, the air compressor will be seriously damaged due to lack of oil.
Replace the lubricating oil regularly. After the machine on a new tanker is used for 30 hours, drain the oil in the crankcase, clean the inside of the crankcase and the oil filter screen, and then change the oil. After that, the oil should be changed once a year with the aforementioned process.
Check and clean the oil filter screen. Under normal working conditions, the tanker shall be inspected and cleaned once every four months. If the utilization rate of the tanker is high, it shall be inspected and cleaned once a month.
The lubricating oil used in the machine must be consistent. It is forbidden to mix lubricating oils of different brands. Otherwise, the deterioration of lubricating oil will affect the lubrication outcome.
Maintain and clean the air filter element every 30 hours. While rotating the filter element, blow compressed air with pressure less than 0.6MPa from inside to outside. After five times of maintenance, replace the filter element with a new one. It is forbidden to clean the filter element with oil or water.

Replace the lubricating oil regularly. After the machine on a new tanker is used for 30 hours, drain the oil in the crankcase, clean the inside of the crankcase and the oil filter screen, and then change the oil. After that, the oil should be changed once a year with the aforementioned process.
Check and clean the oil filter screen. Under normal working conditions, the tanker shall be inspected and cleaned once every four months. If the utilization rate of the tanker is high, it shall be inspected and cleaned once a month.
The lubricating oil used in the machine must be consistent. It is forbidden to mix lubricating oils of different brands. Otherwise, the deterioration of lubricating oil will affect the lubrication outcome.
Maintain and clean the air filter element every 30 hours. While rotating the filter element, blow compressed air with pressure less than 0.6MPa from inside to outside. After five times of maintenance, replace the filter element with a new one. It is forbidden to clean the filter element with oil or water.
