Due to the multi-point arrangement of the lifting mechanism, the many hinge points, and the complex manufacturing process, the positioning and coordination of the hinge point slewing support should be strictly controlled. The hydraulic system has long pipelines and many oil cylinders and the oil leaks easily. Therefore, various advanced valve bodies and joints should be used as much as possible.
Since the hydraulic oil circuit of end dump semi trailer and side dump semi trailer in Uzbekistan is connected to the tractor with quick-change joints, attention should be paid to the cleaning of the joint when the semi trailer and the tractor are separated and reconnected to avoid contamination of the oil circuit.
When designing an end dump semi trailer or side dump semi trailer train in Uzbekistan, due to the long shape of the trailer body, special attention should be paid to the coordination of the front and rear trailer brakes. The vehicle should be parked on a solid and flat road to avoid height difference between the left and right tires or font and rear tires. The manufacturer should indicate this in the instruction manual.
Users or anyone from service personnel of the manufacturer cannot install the rear box plate locking mechanism at will.
The manufacturer should explain the materials carried by the rear dump semi trailer or side dump semi trailer, especially for the materials such as wet sand in the northern winter;
It is necessary to conduct an actual inspection of the unloading site to understand the actual situation. For vehicles equipped with a rear box plate locking mechanism, special attention must be paid to removing them before unloading;
When you feel that there is a rollover phenomenon, don't panic and let alone switch the control valve to the lower position of the carriage, because the falling of the carriage depends on its own weight, which will cause greater danger.
