Carefully check whether there is sand, dust or other foreign objects on the working surface of the saddle of the tractor, the traction pin, and the traction skid of the semi-trailer. It should also be checked whether there is enough lubricating grease.
Before the semi trailer landing gears are extended, the pressure bearing capacity of the ground should be understood. The material, grounding area and grounding position of the backing plate should be reasonably selected to prevent the semi trailer landing gears from sinking during operation. The parking brake should be engaged and the semi trailer landing gear pin should be pulled out.
Only low-speed gears are allowed to be used when the vehicle is lifted off the ground, and high-speed gears are not allowed;
Correctly remove the semi trailer landing gear crank handle from the crank handle hook, pull the crank handle to the horizontal direction, hang the gear correctly (generally pull out for low gear, push in for high gear), and correctly set the round hole at the root of the crank handle into the rotating shaft.
When the operator shakes the mechanical rocker by hand, he must stand on the side and rear of the semi trailer landing gear, with one hand on the rotating shaft of the rocker and the other hand shakes the semi trailer landing gear handle with force;
When cranking the handle each time, it must reach the lower level of the entire circle before letting go. Even if the rocker arm rebounds, there is a margin of 3/4 for each round so no injury will occur;
After each operation, the crank handle should be pulled out from the rotating shaft, placed in a vertical direction, and snapped into the crank handle hook.
When the semi-trailer is fully loaded, the force applied to the handle shall not exceed 196N;
During the operation, when using a low gear, if there is abnormal force, stop the operation and report it to the maintenance personnel for inspection;
When extending the semi trailer landing gears, pay attention to the order of extension. Generally, the rear semi trailer landing gears are extended first, then the front semi trailer landing gears are extended. The order is reversed when retracting the semi trailer landing gears.
When a crane with an engine is installed on the vehicle, after the semi trailer landing gear has been extended, the engine should be turned off and the driver should be placed in the neutral position;
Once the semi trailer landing gears has been setup, the ground condition of the vertical semi trailer landing gears should be checked again before the lifting operation is officially carried out. The phenomenon of “three legs” shall not appear;
